Krishna Ravindran has graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History from the Loyola College, Chennai. He went on to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai (Madras University) and enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in the year 2000. He has also completed his Master’s Degree LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington D.C., USA.

Upon returning to India, after a one year stint with the World Bank, he joined M/s.DUA Associates, one of India’s largest law firms, and practiced in the said firm in various fields of law. He specializes in the fields of Corporate Law, Maritime law, Commercial Arbitration and Constitutional Law. He regularly advises various clients on a wide range of issues right from Incorporation to Winding up of companies. He also advises various clients in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights and is a registered Patent Agent.Krishna is well versed with the Laws relating to Societies and Trusts and is the standing counsel for some of the most prestigious association and societies in Tamil Nadu. Having experience of over 18 years in the field of Law and having advised a variety of clients including Major Ports, Corporates and the film industry, Krishna has been efficiently conducting cases and has earned a remarkable name in the field of Law and is now in the process of expanding the firm and client base to a pan India basis.
